Centering Conveyor
The centering belt conveyor allows for precise alignment of the workpieces during transport. Without any time loss or additional measuring and testing equipment (e.g., vision or camera systems), correct positioning is ensured.
Vacuum Conveyor
The vacuum conveyor is based on the same geometry and components as the SolTB belt conveyor. The chassis is open in the middle to allow for wafer breakage to escape. Significant advantages of the vacuum belt conveyor over the SolTB include a more dynamic acceleration and braking ramp and a higher transport speed.
Pivoting Conveyors
With the Pivoting Conveyor, defective products can be ejected from the line without production delays. Due to the centrally positioned drive, the ejection belt has no protruding edges and can be installed in a space-saving manner.
Unloading Conveyor
The Unloading Conveyor is a double-belt conveyor consisting of a fixed part and a retractable part with a stroke of 160 mm. The retractable part moves into the carrier and is operated by a pneumatic cylinder. The unloading conveyor requires only one pair of belts and a single drive.
Special SolTB
The Special Belt Conveyor SolTB consists of a chassis with two belts, ensuring synchronous operation. The entire conveyor can be installed and removed from above, and belt replacement is also possible while installed. The special belt conveyor has no protruding edges; it transports delicate workpieces with the highest precision and utmost care.
Compact Conveyor
The Short Belt Conveyor SolTB-K, with its compact dimensions (110 mm chassis width), is used for inspecting the edges of wafers or similar products. Since the conveyor belt is shorter and narrower than the wafer, there are no disruptive belt contours visible that could affect the measurement results.
Discharge Module
With the vertical movement of the discharge module, it is possible to rotate wafers and cells by 90° without touching them from above. This avoids micro cracks and breakage, ensuring the product is transported gently and quickly.
Turning Module
The SolTB-W turning module is a solution for flipping workpieces such as wafers or displays. The workpieces are "flipped," meaning they are rotated around the transport axis. The feeding and removal to the module are done with belt conveyors.
