The Montech cleanroom belt conveyors have T-grooves along the base frame for easy mounting of accessories such as light barriers or side guides. Unused T-grooves are sealed with a cover profile, which reduces the number of places where particles can accumulate and simplifies cleaning.

The energy-efficient brushless DC and 24 V BLDC motor also reduces power consumption, providing reliable and economical operation across a long service life.

Selected configurations of our belt conveyors were therefore tested by the Fraunhofer Institut für Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung IPA and certified up to ISO 4.
