Which delivery time has a standard conveyor?
A standard conveyor has a delivery time of 10 working days. For custom conveyors, the delivery time depends on the project specifications.

How can I get a noncommittal offer?
You can send us your request via e-mail to: info@montech.com. Montech also gives you the opportunity, via E-Shop or the configurator (for your conveyor TB30 and TB40) to get your offer immediately. You will need to register for this first.

Where can I find the CAD Data, assembly instructions and operating manuals?
CAD Data, assembly instructions and operating manuals you can find in the selected product under “Downloads”. If you are logged in, you can easily download them as PDF files via the download link.

What to do, when an article hasn’t got an assembly instruction or user manual?
If an article hasn’t got an assembly instruction or user manual, please contact us via chat, e-mail or telephone. We are glad to help you.

Is there an overview with the spare parts for the individual product?
At the respective products you will find an overview with spare parts and accessories matching the selected product.

How many years guarantee do I have on my product?
For your conveyors TB30, TB40, Roller Conveyor RB40 and Transfer System LT40 you have three years guarantee, except for spare parts. For the conveyors GTB, TB, KTB you have a two years guarantee, except for spare parts. Details can be found in our General Terms and Conditions GTC.

Where can I find specific information for my product?
You will find specific information about your product in the respective product description. Technical data such as assembly instructions or operating manuals can be downloaded on the respective product page. If you need further information, you can contact us at any time.

I need a solution, which I can’t find on the Montech website. What can I do?
For individual solutions please contact us. Our project team gladly will take time for you to find the optimal solution for your project.

How can I order Montech Products?
You can send us your order via E-mail to info@montech.com. Montech also gives you the opportunity to order via our E-Shop. In this case you will receive at least 5% discount on conveyors, transfer systems or profile systems.

What should I do if I want to return my product?

Which options do I have in case of products which are defective?
If you find any faults in the product you have received, please contact us to return the product.

Can I rent a Montech Conveyor?
We gladly provide you with a conveyor for testing. However, we only have a limited selection of standard sizes. Please contact us by e-mail, chat or telephone.

Montech E-Shop

How do I register myself into the E-Shop?
If you have already registered yourself for the Montech E-Shop, login with your E-mail address and password. For more information about the E-Shop have a look at our Video “E-Shop”: (Link Video)
If you are a new customer, please register with your E-mail address. You’ll receive a separate E-mail from us with an activation link, where you must confirm your E-mail address. If you have any issues you can contact us via e-mail, chat or telephone.

I can’t find an article, now what?
If you cannot find the desired article number, please contact us. We will be pleased to help you.

Can I order an article with changes?
Certainly you can order an article in modified versions from us – individually tailored to your project. Please contact us for this.

Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum invoice value (excluding transport and packaging costs and VAT) for deliveries within Switzerland is CHF 100. For deliveries to member states of the European Union, the minimum invoice value is EUR 100 and for all other countries CHF 100, EUR 100 or USD 100; this applies regardless of the value of the goods.

Where can I see the price of a product in the E-Shop?
As soon as you have logged into the E-Shop, you will see the respective product prices. If you place your order directly via the E-Shop, you will receive a discount of at least 5 % on conveyors, transfer systems or profile systems.

Montech Conveyor Configurator

How do I log in to the conveyor configurator?
If you have already registered yourself for the E-Shop, log in with your E-mail address and your password before you configure your conveyor. Details to the conveyor configurator you will find in our video tutorial.
If you are a new customer, please register with your E-mail address. You’ll receive a separate E-mail from us with an activation link, where you must confirm your E-mail address. If you have any issues you can contact us via e-mail, chat or telephone.

Who can I contact for technical problems?
For technical problems contact us. We take care of your request as soon as possible.

What happens, if I log in after a configuration?
If you have an account, you can log in after the configuration is completed and your configuration will remain. If you do not have an account, the configuration will be lost when you create an account. There is also no other way to save the configuration without an account.

Which products can I configure?
With the conveyor configurator you can configure the conveyors TB30 and TB40 online.

How can I save my configuration?
You can save your configuration, by clicking the button “Save Configuration”, after you have completed your configuration.

How can I have a look at my last configuration?
If you are logged in, you can look up your last configuration of your conveyor under “Saved Configurations”.

How can I delete my account?

Which countries does Montech AG supply?
Montech AG delivers worldwide.

What are the delivery conditions?
Montech AG delivers within Switzerland and to Europe, unless otherwise agreed, DDP according to Incoterms 2010 plus packaging and transport costs. Worldwide deliveries are made according to CIP.

What are the payment methods at Montech?
Montech offers the payment method advance payment and invoice.

What is the EORI-Nr. and where can I find it?
The EORI-Number (Economic Operator’s Registration and Identification) is the follow-up of the customs number at European level. It serves to identify economic operators and is intended to facilitate automated customs clearance. The EORI Number is issued free of charge on request by the General Customs directors.

Is Montech ISO certified?
Montech is no longer ISO certified due to a profound restructuring in the company organization. Our working procedures remain unchanged from our previous ISO certification and can be consulted at any time upon request. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any audits you may wish to carry out and for any additional clarifications you may require.

Where is Montech based?
The headquarters of Montech is based in Derendingen, Switzerland. We also have a second plant in Huntersville/North Carolina, USA.

How does Montech handle my personal data?
