Brushless DC motor
The TB30 belt conveyor is powered by a brushless DC motor, ideal for variable speeds, offering a high protection class, and controllable manually or digitally via I/Os using an external controller. For fixed speeds, the conveyor belt is equipped with a 3-phase AC motor (3x400V/50Hz). The drive position can be selected at will. It can be placed anywhere along the entire free chassis length for the center drive. There is also the option of equipping the TB30 belt conveyor with a drive version with a swiveling head drive.
Energy efficient and flexible belt conveyor
The DC motor of the TB30 single-belt conveyor has an efficiency-optimized drive and is therefore energy-efficient. As compared to customary asynchronous geared motors, you can save electricity and money. If the assembly line is used in 3-shift operation for a whole year without interruption, you will save 512 kWh of electricity and approximately EUR 236. Another advantage is the many options for a substructure with the MPS aluminum framing system. The various equipment options, such as adjustable feet and swivel or fixed casters enable you to place the TB30 belt conveyor on a substructure that meets your specific needs.
TB30 belt conveyor range – the right belt conveyor for every need
The TB30 belt conveyor is available in different versions. It can be designed optionally as a single-belt or dual-belt version. The TB30 belt conveyor offers a maximum length of 10 m and chassis widths of 45 to 250 mm. For transporting larger pallets and other dimensionally stable products, the tandem version may be preferable, with two belt conveyors connected using elastomer couplings and driven by a single motor. The delivery time for an assembly line is between 10 and 15 working days, subject to prior sale.
