Discharge Module

The SOLTB-ASM discharge module is a versatile, pneumatically operated component designed for precise and flexible discharge operations. It can be used individually for single discharge tasks or configured for multiple discharges, making it adaptable to various production needs.

This module works seamlessly with the SOLTB-G-144 conveyor belt as a feed belt and the SOLTB-G-104 as a guide belt. The belt drive is managed via a specialized coupling, which ensures precise and gentle handling of products, preventing direct contact during the discharge process.

The SOLTB-ASM discharge module is highly customizable, with options to adjust the length and width to meet specific customer requirements. It features a stroke range from 4 mm to 18 mm and a rapid travel time of just 0.25 seconds. The upper and lower stops can be finely adjusted within a range of 4 mm to 8 mm for added precision.

Technically, the module is equipped with a piston diameter of 16 mm and a piston rod diameter of 6 mm, providing reliable and accurate control during operation.
