Compact Conveyor
The SOLTB-K compact conveyor is engineered specifically for inspecting the edges of wafers or similar products, featuring a chassis width of just 110 mm. Its compact design ensures that the conveyor belt is both shorter and narrower than the wafer, eliminating any potential belt contours that could interfere with measurement accuracy.
With a central drive configuration, the SOLTB-K conserves space while delivering precise movement, making it particularly suitable for environments where space is limited. The conveyor includes drive components such as the Neugart PLE-40 gearbox and the Maxon GP 32 A gearbox, with a drive roller diameter of 30 mm, ensuring consistent and reliable conveyance during inspections.
