Unloading conveyor
The SOLTB-E unloading conveyor is a highly efficient double-belt conveyor, meticulously designed for precise handling in production settings. It features a fixed section and a retractable section with a 160 mm stroke, operated by a pneumatic cylinder. This design allows for flexible adaptation to different unloading scenarios, enhancing material flow optimization.
Economical in design, the unloading conveyor utilizes just a single pair of belts and one drive, reducing both acquisition and maintenance costs. The retractable section, with a thickness of 9.6 mm, can be driven to the right or left, depending on the specific needs of your production line.
The conveyor is equipped with drive components compatible with the Neugart PLE-40 gearbox and the Maxon GP 32 A gearbox, featuring a drive roller with a 30 mm diameter. These technical specifications ensure reliable and precise performance, making the SOLTB-E unloading conveyor ideal for a variety of industrial applications.
