If the production parts are transported from the processing machine \u2013 these can be milling and\/or turning machines \u2013 the oil remaining on the parts will drip onto the ground. The consequence: The workplace gets dirty and even dangerous due to the risk of slipping. \r\n\r\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\r\nIn our standard product range, we offer belt types that are oil- and cut-resistant. In addition, we produce an oil collection pan made of stainless steel, which is tailored to individual requirements. By integrating the oil collection pan into the floor supports and installing it directly under the <a style=\"color: #008a88\" href=\"https:\/\/montech.com\/ch\/en\/tb30-single-belt-conveyor\/\">TB30 belt conveyor<\/a>, it integrates optimally into the belt conveyor and takes up little space. The floor supports with castors make it possible to move the belt conveyor with oil collection pan. The complete conveyor unit can thus be easily rolled away from the processing machine if needed \u2013 for example for maintenance work. And as a universal unit, it can be used on several or different machines if you wish.
