The company was looking for a solution that could be integrated easily into existing systems, is energy efficient, and meets the highest quality standards. The system should therefore be modular, as well as compact, in order to make the best use of the limited space for security control. \r\n\r\n

The solution<\/h2>\r\nWith the TB40 belt conveyor<\/a> and RB4020 roller conveyor<\/a>, we presented the California customer with custom-tailored solutions that suit their needs perfectly. The TB40 belt conveyor is characterized by its modular adaptability and compact design. With an installation height of just 80 mm, it can be integrated seamlessly into various detection systems. The integrated 24 V motor drive easily transports bags up to 200 kg and ensures precise operations. Thanks to its energy-efficient motor, the TB40 belt conveyor meets the highest efficiency standards and significantly reduces power consumption, resulting in lower operating costs. The belt conveyor's special belts also ensure outstanding image quality and seamless integration with X-ray screening systems. \r\n\r\nThe RB40 roller conveyor completes the safety control process. It ideally complements the TB40 belt conveyor and, with its compact design, optimizes the loading and unloading of carry-on baggage during X-ray screening. The height-adjustable floor stands allow the roller track to be tilted continuously. The robust construction of the RB4020 roller conveyor ensures a smooth material flow and increases the overall efficiency of the safety system. \r\n\r\n\r\n
