The complication: these items are initially rotated 90 degrees before entering the belt conveyor and must be brought into the correct orientation within a very short conveying distance. Using pneumatic rotary units or other actuators was not an option. Furthermore, switching between product types had to be possible instantly \u2013 without any mechanical modifications or adjustments.\r\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\r\nWorking closely with RTM, Montech designed an inclined conveyor equipped with a robust frame and an easily adjustable side guide. Following a detailed feasibility study, the system was tailored precisely to RTM\u2019s production requirements. The project included a comprehensive 3D model and an electrical interface specification, enabling seamless integration into the existing production setup.
