These systems consist of a nest carrier for precise syringe positioning and a protective tub for transport and storage. As a rule, they are used pre-sterilized in cleanroom processes. The challenge was to insert the nest &amp; tub systems safely and precisely into the processing machine and ensure their stable further transport. At the same time, these sensitive products had to be handled gently, and the processes had to be extremely stable. In addition, compact, flexible integration of conveyor technology into the existing machine layout was required.\r\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\r\nMontech designed a flexible conveyor system for the machine manufacturer based on semi-standardized TB30 belt conveyors. Equipped with brushless drives and low-friction belts, this solution enables even, low-vibration conveying of the sensitive nest &amp; tub systems, making it particularly gentle. Adjustable side guides, specifically developed for medical and pharmaceutical use, precisely guide products. These ensure stable, accurate guidance of the nest &amp; tub systems throughout the entire process and can be flexibly adapted to different formats. At the same time, they meet high design and hygiene requirements.
