The Fraunhofer Institute has certified our belt conveyors for cleanrooms for ISO 4 to ISO 6 in accordance with ISO standard 14644. They are designed for minimal particulate emissions and meet all cleanroom requirements for cleanliness and precision.

In cleanrooms in the classes ISO 1 to ISO 9, control of particulate emissions by conveying techniques and processes is important to ensure the integrity of the products.

TB30R center drive
The TB30R centre drive belt conveyor for cleanrooms is available in conveyor widths from 3.14″ to 9.84″ and with a maximum length of 118.11″ (other lengths on request). The TB30-140×1500/MR model has been tested and certified by the Fraunhofer Institute for a speed of 49.21 fpm to ISO 5 and for a speed of 98.43 fpm to ISO 6.

TB30R end drive

Quality assurance through certification
An objective, feasible, and meaningful assessment of the cleanliness-relevant properties of belt conveyors is particularly important to ensure sufficiently clean production areas. As an independent, public research institution, the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation IPA offers objective and internationally recognized certification services. Fraunhofer IPA has tested and certified three Montech belt conveyors.
