Great news: Our online configurator now includes the rolling knife edge for the TB40 conveyor. It can be easily added during step 4 of the configuration process; simply select the “knife edge” option under “conveyor inlet”. Try it for yourself.
This small device can have a big effect. The knife edge is the ideal solution for transferring delicate and small items safely and efficiently from one conveyor to another, and there are even more advantages to using a rolling knife edge: less belt friction, allowing you to convey heavier items with the same energy consumption; lower friction reduces wear, heat build-up, and maintenance costs.
