The challenge
A customer in the metalworking industry engaged in single and series production needed two conveyor lines for its production. The first transport solution requires feed and removal belts for the processing machine for oily metal parts. Because the drive is above the belt conveyor, it does not come into contact with the oil or cooling emulsion. In addition, a stainless steel oil collection pan protects against contamination.
