TB30 Single-Belt Conveyor

The TB30 conveyor in single-belt configuration is an all-around great choice for conveying applications in many industries. Because of its modular design, the conveyor provides the basis for application- specific solutions that can be easily modified or reconfigured in the future when conveying requirements change.

The position of the central drive unit is adjustable, and can be fixed anywhere along the free length of the chassis. The TB30 conveyor is also available with a brushless DC motor for variable speed applications. The energy efficient DC motor and drive is controlled manually by an external controller, or digitally via I/O’s. For fixed speed operation, the TB30 is equipped with a 3-phase AC motor 3x460V/60 Hz (also 3x400V/50Hz).

As compared to customary asynchronous geared motors, you can save electricity and money. If the TB30 conveyor is used in 3-shift operation for a whole year without interruption, you will save 512 kWh electricity and approximately 235 USD.

The TB30 conveyor is available in standard widths ranging from 4.13 to 9.84″, and a maximum length of 32.8 ft. It is available as a single-belt or double-belt configuration. A tandem chassis version, driven by a single motor, is also available for the transport of larger pallets and other dimensionally stable products.
