Discharge Module

The discharge module SOLTB-ASM is a versatile pneumatically operated module that can be used both individually for single discharge and in various configurations for multiple discharges.

The module operates efficiently in combination with the specialized conveyor belt SOLTB-G-144 as a feed belt and the specialized conveyor belt SOLTB-G-104 as a guide belt. Belt drive is performed via a special coupling, ensuring precise and gentle handling of products without direct contact during the discharge process.

The SOLTB-ASM discharge module offers flexible adaptation to customer requirements regarding length and width. It features a stroke range from a minimum of 4 mm to a maximum of 18 mm and a rapid travel time of 0.25 s. The upper and lower stops are adjustable within a range of 4 mm to 8 mm.

Technically equipped with a piston diameter of 16 mm and a piston rod diameter of 6 mm, the module ensures reliable and precise control during operation.
