Conveyor TB40R for cleanroom

Simple assembly due to modular design

The conveyor TB40R for cleanroom from the Montech integrated drive type series is available in widths from 300 mm to 800 mm. The length is available up to 3000 mm (other lengths on request).
In addition to cleanroom compatibility, the belt is also FDA approved. Thanks to the modular design of the belt conveyors, they can be assembled individually and extended or shortened at any time simply and cost-effectively.

Cleanroom class ISO 4 and ISO 5

The model TB40R-400×1500 – VR is certified by the Fraunhofer Institute IPA for use in the cleanroom class ISO 4 for a speed of 15m/min and ISO 5 for a speed of 30 m/min.
It is used for infeed and outfeed belts in individual production systems or for linking entire production processes. With the cleanroom belt conveyor, Montech offers transport solutions for a wide range of industries, such as the plastics, medical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Fraunhofer Institute IPA certification

The TB40R-400×1500 – VR belt conveyor has been tested in accordance with ISO 14644-14 and meets the required standards under the specified test parameters.

Certified knife edge

Montech’s knife edge was tested under cleanroom conditions in accordance with ISO 14644-1 and -14 by the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology and Automation IPA and awarded the TESTED DEVICE® certificate. The test confirms that the 16 mm diameter knife edge used in the belt conveyor TB40R-400×1500-VR 571673 center driven complies with the limits for particulate emissions and is therefore suitable for applications up to cleanroom class ISO 5. This provides users with a validated and reliable solution for critical transfer points, supporting stable and standard-compliant production processes.
