A look back at 2025: A year of enhancements
2025 was a year of innovation, product optimization, and digital expansion for Montech. With a focus on even greater flexibility, efficiency, and user-friendliness, we developed both products and digital services in a targeted manner.
Whether product innovations, additions to our product range, or new digital solutions – the past year was marked by many projects that have taken our conveyor technology and online services to the next level. Many of these developments arose from specific customer needs and had a common goal: To make our systems even easier to configure, more versatile, and more efficient to use. The following look back highlights the particular achievements of 2025.
Enhanced: TB40 belt conveyor with new options
Thanks to a targeted redesign, we have enhanced the drive units of the TB40 belt conveyor. The motor connection is now angled by 90 degrees, which reduces exposure and increases operational safety, reducing the risk of collisions. At the same time, the direction of the cable outlet can now be adjusted variably in 90-degree increments. This orientation can be defined in the online configurator or, if necessary, changed quickly.
We have also added a third drive option to the product range. It is an ideal solution for applications with lighter loads but higher conveying speeds. New conveying speeds from 10 to 45 m/min are possible, with a maximum conveyor load of 50 kg. The new drive option perfectly complements the two existing variants for loads up to 80 kg and 200 kg, respectively. With these enhancements, the TB40 belt conveyor is now an even more versatile solution for a wide range of conveying requirements.
Greater flexibility in the range of studs
To further improve the configuration of our conveyor technology, we have also expanded the range of studs this year. The proven PN studs are now part of the standard range for the TB30 belt conveyor. In addition, the PN studs for the TB30, TB40, and GTB belt conveyors are now also available with a height of 60 mm. In addition, we have introduced new floor stands that are optimally matched to stud belts, especially for the TB30 belt conveyor, for even more stability and flexibility in conveyor belt configuration. There was also an important pricing adjustment: In the future, for the TB40 and GTB belt conveyors, the stud color will be factored into pricing.
Montech’s entire portfolio – now interactive
With the new online product catalog, we are now presenting our complete product range – from belt conveyors to transfer systems to aluminum framing systems and safety devices – in a clear, digital form. The interactive structure enables intuitive navigation and a targeted search for suitable solutions. Technical data, videos, manuals, and additional information are available for each product via a direct link. This makes the product catalog more than just an information platform: It serves as a practical tool for planning, decision-making, and project design.
Cleanroom belt conveyors at a glance
Another milestone in 2025 was the launch of our new online product catalog for cleanroom belt conveyors. It provides essential information on the design, layout, and certifications of all models in a compact, clearly structured manner. The catalog is available in German and English and allows easy, interactive navigation. Particularly handy: All products are linked directly to the online configurator. This makes it easy for customers and potential customers to obtain a non-binding offer for the desired model.
Plan cleanroom belt conveyors individually
We have also expanded the capabilities of our successful online configurator this year, enabling it to configure cleanroom belt conveyors. It offers a straightforward, easy-to-use interface that allows precise adjustment of conveyor width, side guides, substructures, and many other parameters. The configurator is ideally suited for flexible project planning thanks to its constant availability. In addition, it provides direct access to CAD data, parts lists, and quotations, and enables customers to order belt conveyors online. This further accelerates and simplifies development processes – a real added value for modern production environments.
A single point of contact for all product information
With the new Download Center, we have created a central platform that bundles all product documents. Operating instructions, certificates, spare parts lists, and brochures: All of these can be accessed at any time with just a few clicks. The Download Center is an essential part of Montech’s ongoing service expansion. It facilitates access to technical information – around the clock, without searching, without detours.
Outlook: Heading into the future together
Montech’s numerous innovations and enhancements in 2025 demonstrate our ongoing commitment to improving our products and digital services. With the new functions, tools, and additions to our product range, we have laid essential foundations that allow customers to plan applications more efficiently, implement them faster, and adapt them more flexibly to individual requirements. At the same time, these developments are the starting point for enhancements that we are already working on.
We look forward to heading into 2026 together – with fresh ideas, new solutions, and a clear commitment to align our conveyor technology and services with the future continually.
