They assemble components to form assemblies and carry out maintenance on equipment, devices and machines. They are employed in mechanical and technical businesses. For this purpose, they read engineering data and technical drawings. They prepare the required equipment. They carry out their assignments and projects independently, but at times also as part of a team and together with other specialists.
