For 30 years, Sintech has been active internationally in the field of industrial automation for a wide range of industries and sectors. In recent years, this Italian company has specialized in the development and implementation of loading and unloading cells and inspection lines for the medical and pharmaceutical industry (bottles and syringes); the parent company Brevetti CEA manufactures these. Brevetti CEA is a leader in the field of automatic inspection of injectable pharmaceutical products. These systems can process up to 600 items per minute and perform both an aesthetic control of the containers and a particle control of the medications they contain. For these systems, Sintech was searching for components that are optimally adapted to the specific characteristics of the sector which requires extremely high quality and production standards; and the long testing and validation times of the systems, which make it even more important for suppliers to adhere to delivery times.

The solution

While the width of the belt conveyors remains relatively unchanged, the length varies according to the different production requirements of the inlet and outlet modules.
