Buffer System with Pneumatic Lifts

Based on Montech’s BTB conveyor, this product carrier or transfer plate buffer system is configured with two stacked conveyors that are connected on both ends by a shorter conveyor operated by a pneumatic lift.

The carrier or plate is loaded on one end of the upper conveyor. It is then transported to the other end where it is unloaded. The short conveyor then descends, moving the carrier to the lower level where it returns to the opposite end.
