Conveyor System
A packaging line integrated utilizing TTBD-60 tandem conveyors loads silicon wafer blanks into transport boxes. The transport boxes are discharged from the longitudinal conveyor via a rocker conveyor onto one of the six transverse belts, and loaded by robots. The load/unload rocker conveyors are actuated via pneumatic cylinder.
