Quick-Set is a profile framing system available in three sizes with cross-product compatibility and high flexibility. Its proven dovetail fastening system permits a fast and easy assembly of all Montech products.

The smallest size, Quick-Set 20, is perfect for industrial or office structural applications: mounting vision systems, laboratory, and peripheral equipment, etc.

Modular

The Quick-Set profile system offers a maximum versatility with a minimum of individual components. Quick-Set allows for quick integration without the need of machining. Clamping screws are always easily accessible. It’s simple to disassemble and reuse the mounting elements at any time.

Strong

Quick-Set is suitable for precise, dimensionally stable connections. The dovetail fastening system is more resilient than t-nut-connections.

With correct torque, the resistance to displacement of two profiles is up to 500 Newton. Quick-Set-connections are vibration proof and well suited for demanding applications.

Versatile

Quick-Set can be used for both linear and angle-adjustable connections. The high degree of flexibility makes it possible to easily integrate structures: vertical supports / horizontal girders / diagonal struts. Quick-Set can be adjusted easily, quickly and precisely, without the need for drilling or pinning.
