The Safety Hood SH effectively encloses hazardous spaces on four to five sides. Our mounting kit facilitates the integration of safety switches on the columns. For larger safety hoods, we offer fall safeguards.

The ingenious design of the vertically sliding protective elements guarantees rapid access to the processing station in emergencies or for maintenance, all within seconds. Inside the columns, mobile counterweights are in motion, connected to the vertically sliding support beams via toothed belts and a deflecting roller.

Effortlessly lifting and lowering the movable element is a breeze. Synchronization of the movable support beam profiles is maintained by a synchronizing shaft.

Our columns are built on the foundation of our Quick-Set assembly system, which ensures straightforward and speedy installation, even for retrofitting on existing machines.
