Montech develops and manufactures individual protective devices based on its own aluminum framing systems to enhance occupational safety. These include protective hoods (SH), protective walls (SW), and customer-specific cabins precisely matched to the machine, process, and environment.
Thanks to the modular framing kit, all variants can be configured flexibly, expanded, and adapted to changing production conditions.
The protective devices can also be seamlessly integrated into systems with transfer systems, belt conveyors, or roller conveyors – for integrated, safe, and visually uniform overall solutions in state-of-the-art production.

Safety hood SH
The SH protective cover is used to enclose hazardous areas on machines and systems. It has four sides and can optionally be fitted with a cover. Extremely mobile protective elements provide quick access for service and maintenance. Depending on the version, safety switches and fall arresters can be added.
Safety wall SW
The SW protective wall protects individual access points or one side of a machine. The protective elements can be pushed upwards if access to the system is required. The design is based on the Quick-Set aluminum framing system and is suitable for applications where protection and accessibility must be combined.
