Cleanroom conveyor TB40R

Simple assembly thanks to modular design

Montech’s TB40R integrated drive conveyor for cleanrooms is available in widths from 11.81″ to 31.49″. The maximum length is 118.11″ (other lengths on request).

In addition to cleanroom compatibility, the belt is also FDA approved. Thanks to their modular design, these conveyors can be assembled individually and extended or shortened at any time easily and cost-effectively.

Cleanroom class ISO 4 and ISO 5

The model TB40R-140×1500/VR is certified by the Fraunhofer Institute IPA for use in class ISO 4 cleanrooms for a speed of 49.21 fpm and class ISO 5 cleanrooms for a speed of 98.43 fpm.
It is used for infeed and outfeed belts in individual production systems or for linking entire production processes. With its cleanroom belt conveyor, Montech offers transport solutions for a wide range of industries, such as the plastics, medical, and pharmaceutical industries.

The TB40R-140×1500/VR belt conveyor has been tested according to ISO 14644-14 and is suitable under the specified test parameters:
